Warden's joke?

If you've visited in Fuchsia City in Pokémon, you already know that the Warden's teeth are missing - so no one can really make any sense of what he's saying. Can you?

Hif fuff hefifoo! Ha lof ha feef ee hafahi ho. Heff hee fwoo!

Then you get to say "Yes" or "No" - and if you say yes, he assumes you got the joke:

Ah howhee hoo hoo! Eef ee hafafi ho!

If you said "No", he obviously questions your sense of humor:

Ha? He ohay heh ha hoo ee haheh!

Now, this begs the answer: What was the warden actually saying? Please send me your best guesses! I'll be putting my speculations to this page someday, as of yet this is just a temporary page...

(One speculation that rose: "Hafafi ho" probably means "Safari Zone". =)

Update, 2005-04-20: Wow, I had completely forgotten that this page exists. =) Anyway, the Warden is definitely talking about Safari Zone, and recommending you to check it. I'm keeping this page here just due to historical reasons. No need to e-mail me anymore =)
