Indeed! I think these are the staple of creating, as you said, "Die
coole Seite" (or, as we know those in Finland, "coolit kotisivut"
[sic]).

What you need for creating k00l page is this:

* Bunch of links to some pages (that everyone knows about)
* links to mp3z and related popular (but illegal) stuff like warez or
  ROMs,
* garish backgrounds (dunno about yours, I'm using Lynx atm)
* lots of typos and grammatical errors that make you look like
  12-year-old (dunno about yours, I don't speak German),
* unpurposeful frames
* tons of banner ads...
