Take you nose and put it up to the moniter and inhale DEEPLY.  If that
doesn't doesn't work have you dog do the same thing.  As a last resort
you
can always go to http://www.nethack.org.  There you will find a program
avaliable for download.  Pick the one that is right for your system.
Install it
and work through the program.  The interface is a little strange, but
once you
finish the program you'll learn everythingyou ever wanted to know.
