Commodore 64, the machine of legends!

(Back to index)

On this page, some photos of my Commodore stuff. At the moment, just some photos of my C64. I'll probably put some pictures of my VIC-20 here (unless people laugh mercilessly at that idea; C64 has Glory, VIC-20 is definitely a toy. =)

[Photo] Close-up of the same machine. This was just to show that the Commodore logo is what it claims to be and not a cabbage or something. (Apparently some C64Gs have had strange-looking logo plates...) [2000-07-07]
[Photo] In 7th July 2000, I bought this adorable and cute (man, this machine is sexy!) Commodore 64G. This machine has the "classic" chassis design, new motherboard and new creamy color. by Commodore, 1987, made in W-Germany. =) [2000-07-07]
[Photo] My Commodore 64 game shelf, also with some applications such as (crappy) music programs [2000-04-21]
[Photo] Taken in Jyväskylä. You wouldn't believe how easily Commodore machines tend to get furry. All you need is a plush fox, and place its tail strategically atop the computer. It's as easy as that! [July 2000]
[Photo] My HardSID sound card. With 6581 R4 chip. Serial number 37. =) [August 2000]
[Photo] The machine on the new place, on the computer table. [2000-05-06]
[Photo] This is my Commodore 64. This was photographed in Kuhmo. I have C64C model (aka "New C64"), the true and only VIC "Toaster" 1541 disk drive and Commodore 1802 monitor.
On screen: The Final Cartridge III desktop. [April 2000]
[Photo] Close-up of the machine and monitor.
On screen: GEOS 1.2. (I only have 2.0 as AbandonWaR3z version, I plan to buy a legit version of Wheels64 soon, along with all sorts of other interesting C64 junk. =) [April 2000]
[Photo] The machine itself and some junk. On left, my work floppy box, The Indestructible TAC-2 joystick and The Final Cartridge III. On right, GEOS, Mini Office 2, Airborne Ranger and Last Ninja 2. [April 2000]
[Photo] The Rodent That We Could Not Kill. Top row: Mouse mat package, the mouse box (Featureless, no?) and the legendary nerve-blowing tape drive. Lower row: My second piece of custom hardware (1541-to-printer port cable for PC connection), mouse mat, mouse itself, and Brother HR-5C thermal printer (uses fax paper). [April 2000]
[Photo] My first piece of custom hardware. It's a joystick. Believe it or not. It doesn't work, though, but it could. Maybe my design left a lot to be desired - God knows when I did this, on the beginning of the last decade anyway. =) My father did the technical part. Also present int the image is the mouse, upside down (regrettably a bit overexposed...) [April 2000]
